Course Description

Basic to intermediate Linux hands-on knowledge is getting critical to work with multi-vendor and open-source technologies and products. This one-day instructor led program is designed for network engineers and architects (i.e. cross architecture) who will be implementing and managing any cutting-edge multi-vendor and open-source technologies and products. The attendees will bring-up and use Linux constructs to configure and manage multi-vendor and open-source technologies and products.

Prerequisites

Junior/Senior Network Engineers and Architects supporting any architecture (i.e. Enterprise, DataCenter, Collaboration, Security, Cloud, etc.)

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this course, trainees should be able to understand:
  • How Linux can be applied in the field
  • Most common Linux commands
  • Usage of Linux as well as Guest Operating System on Cisco NX-OS and other products
  • Linux Containers and enablement on Cisco NX-OS and other products
